Character Spotlight:
Rikkin
Rikkin is one of the main POVs for my story “The SwordMaster Brothers,” which is featured in the “Beyond the Realms” box set. He has long brown hair that is usually pulled back by a tie, with a shadowed chin that has a thin layer of hair on his jaw. His height is about 6’2 and you will find him always wearing leather gear for battle with black trousers and a black tunic under. He has a traveling cloak that is blue and he wears it most of the time unless it is not warranted.
His skill set is stronger with the use of magic and fighting with a sword. He has to use his skill with a bow in the story and he struggles. But he catches supper even though he can’t hit anything with a bow and arrow if his life depended on it.
Rikkin is the older brother to Roülle. They have been the only family they have left since their village was attacked by bandits when they were kids. Each of them has issues with his past and faces them in the SwordMaster’s test.
The question will be answered if Rikkin can face his childhood nightmare face-on again after forcing parts of the event out of his mind. Will he pass his test and become a full SwordMaster? Read to find out.
